A friend of mine's mother has the begining stages of Alzheimer's and it's driving him crazy. His sister o the other hand is in denial and makes excuses of what's going on.Their grandmother had Alzheimers as well. His mother has good days where she remembers things and who people are and then other days where she can't recall her kids own names and where they are.
It's such a sad situation.

Mentally, Ma is as sharp as a tack. She could tell you all kinds of crap I pulled..
Physically, she is going down fast. Won't eat. Won't "socialize". Is in the recliner by 10/10:30 AM and there until she goes to bed. Today, she was in her night gown by 4:00PM..
