Baggage

I wish I had been born today,
so's I could have new toys for play.
No broken heart inside of me,
no bills to pay and torture me.
knowing headgames are the norm,
might loose my head and just reform.
House to clean,
food to buy,
life's just baggage,
live or die.
My guts too big,
my eyes are blue.
my pants' wrong color ,
if you dissapprove,
go get screwed.
Three happy kids who run and play,
I get re-born most everyday.
A home that I can call my own,
life's my baggage,
my fart's my own.
I go along my merry way,
greeting strangers along the way.
Adding baggage each step I take.
I shrug it off and take the day.

I happened to discover an interesting thread today on CS so thought I'd write a poem concerning the word or term often used,"Baggage".
After all, as I have read somewhere,"Life is baggage". In my opinion without baggage all life ceases to exist. So it would seem to me that people who add that in their profiles, actually eliminate themselves from the mainstream of life.
Referred to as," The process of self elimination ".
