Trust is NOT a Blank-Check! And before I am able to trust anyone else I'll have to be able to trust myself, otherwise I will continue issuing those Blank-Checks!

tell you a true story somebody told my uncle a few years ago.
there was an retired man that lived by himself apart from his labadour dog it was christmas and the old man spent 2 hours preparing himself christmas dinner just about to eat it when the phone rang in the living room ...and it was his sister calling from canada .
he chatted to her for about 15 miniutes and when he came back he found the dog had jumped up on the dinning table and ate his entire christmas dinner !
now what you have done about that on christmas day with the only thing that you've got that keeps you company ?

I am grateful there are people in my life that trust me (completely) and people I trust (completely).. None of us earned said trust, we simply accepted with no "expectations" of the other..

It's a dog and that is what they do. I don't see this as a trust issue.
