lol...that sounded really bad, sorry. I don't mean the hit-you-in-the-face-you-follow-over-yucky-armpit-smell, but that slight smell of "man".....

Nah, donta worry Immanuelle .. I get your drift girl! I know Exactly what you meaning! I`m just a bit wary of actual armpits - I approach them with trepidation and great care!... Ever since I got caught by a Joker who said I should smell his "new deoderant" and he had an over-active sweat gland that stank to High Heaven and nearly knocked me out. While I gasped for fresh air he rolled around laughing!

Ahh yes, the smell of freshly laundered sun dried clothes!

My one son moved out to become independent, and got behind with his laundry, so ended up stewing his clothes in the bathtub for about 3 or 4 days before dragging it all out to dry - and then was surprised his clothes all smelled like old dirty socks... well marinated!rolling on the floor laughing wink grin

cristina: "Stasoft" Smoky

Very Interesting Cristina!..... You say "Stasoft"? That was a particular brand name in SA and it realy had the most wonderful fresh smell! I have searched for that particular type of smell here, and finally found it ...... smells just Fresh!

Normally I dont like using Fabric Softeners but here in CH with the heating in the houses one has to use it to cut down on the static in clothing - electric shocks are not nice in the morning when you trying to get dressed!... and ones clothes writhe around your body like snakes clinging to each other!

Here, the buildings are HEATED! If I died and my body was left in peace over winter here by next summer I`m pretty sure I would be completely de-hydrated and mummyfied!... crisp as a Simba Chip!

Every night (and day) I have to hang wet towels on the radiators to get moisture into the air!
