Diamond123: I originally discovered this site( CS ) while roaming and looking for fakes and scams on the inter-net.
I since have found great humor and funny stuff going on here.
While I honestly don't know if everybody is who they say they are, this site is too much fun to just walk away from,if you get my drift.
My wife passed from me last year
and the humor has really helped tremendously as I suspect it has helped many others.
I have actually discovered a new prospect for a new mate in my life although I can't be certain at this time. A healthy sound relationship does indeed take time to build or what good is it ?
I recommend this site to others who stumble in here out of sheer stupidity like I did or seek and find it on purpose.

Boy oh Boy Tom,I know all about losing a mate!My second wife was in a vegatative state for almost 6 years before she died. Wish there had been CS around then.Getting out of a 13yr. relationship now. Glad to have found CS people.Steve

I joined this site at the suggestion of my sister. I came looking for friends and nearly walked out for good due to some very very rude people. I left for a while but returned. I am very happy to be back. I still see a lot of the people from before but blissfully the rude ones are long gone.

Yes I know it's been a year since your wife and my husband passed on but no matter how long it's been you just never forget them, and all those memories you've shared together, the good , the bad and all the in between times can't be taken from us. And we just wouldn't trade those memories for anything in the world.When someone dies it's like a piece of us dies with them and it tears us up inside cause we both lost our best friends, lovers and that's something we can cherish forever.
Someone told me that a year to grieve over someone is long enough but I totally disagree with them and feel unless they've been through the very same thing themselves they can't begin to know how much we're hurting. It feels like there's a void in your life. Those kinds of people have no idea what it's like to hold someone who's suffering in awful pain as your holding them in your arms while they're taking their final breath and you feel so helpless cause there's nothing you can do.
Like you Tom talking about our loss with the people here has I think done both of us good. I found out myself that just by mentioning my lose has helped me deal with it cause I found out there are people here who have gone through the very same things.

I am soooo glad I found CS first, this place is cool and so much fun on the forums, nowhere else has the interesting conversations we do here. I've recently joined some other sites that have more locals for me, but there are some real freaks out there, glad I got my feet wet here first and got some experience by talking to people. All you guys are great, even the freaks!

I was just browsing too having never been on a singles site..started to read the forums and then I couldn't get enough...I came for the good convo and laughs...I was working from home at the time and raising 2 kids so didn't have much adult conversation going on...that was a long time ago....and I'm still here!!!!!
