Kryssi34: yah, that makes sense. Since being thin is what so many people want to be, then men are looked down upon if they are with a thicker women. Got it. Still sucks though, if you like someone who cares what other people think.
Exactly, now to be fair of course, thin is the actuall preference of some men, just not as many as it would seem.
Just stay healthy and active. It will get better as more of the men you find interesting will have had more time to outgrow this.
In the meantime try not to let it make you bitter, cause bitter's not cute.

I was a chunky little baby, and kinda chunky growin up, and then playing sports helped me slim down and get in shape, but Ive always been thick..and I'm sure it wouldn't hurt if I lost a couple of pounds, but quite honestly, I love being thick. It makes me feel cute, cuz I have nice curves and I feel good about myself. lol
Well I wouldn't worry about losing anything girlie...just be happy with who you are and your body just the way it is...there is nothing wrong with thick....we all come in different shapes and sizes and the ones who only go for perfect body shapes...are probably not men you want in your life anyway...so consider yourself lucky...I am happy with me...all my curves and who I am just the way I am!!!!!!!!!!!

oh yah, and see, the purpose of this thread wasn't so I could ask people what it wrong with me..lol. like I said, I like who I am, and if I decide to change, it will be only for myself, and nobody else. I am just curious why it's hard for a thicker girl to even just find a decent guy to talk to and maybe date around. That's all I really want, but I just keep getting scrubs, and I'm not saying I want to date the most handsome man in the world, but it'd be nice to have an attractive man come up to me instead of the thin girl next to me..ya know?

I like thick, or a few extra pounds, but not fat. Never been into skinny, but athletic is perfect. As long as I can still breathe when I go downtown, then it's all good.
