I remember absolutely nothing before I was about 3-4 yo, except from a train crash outside our house, and then I was still no more than a toddler.

yes iwas funny enough ! i was in florida for six months at the time !..but boy thats another long chapter in my life !

It was in a suburb of Cape Town where i was born.

I was hiding under my mother's long hair.
We were in the kitchen. She was sitting on a kitchen chair talking to a man called oompie Piet. He wanted to talk to me but i was shy.
He took out a cigarette and his box of matches to light it.
I ran to him too light his cigarette.
Many years later - i was in my twenties - he send me a matchbox filled with little coloured beads.....
