I would like to say, after 5 days of being sick and stressing over something personal at home, dealing with my son..........im feeling much better tonite, my fever has broke, and the problems with my son.....well, i let go and let god!!!! thats my positive for tonite!!!!

Had the same problem with 15 yr old daughter this week (or the past year) Had to be strong and do some things she may hate me for but eventually children come back to what they learn. I had to let go and let God. thank-you kc this has been an on going battle for me and my son.......but hes 21 yrs old. its still hard and hes still my baby. yes, letting go and letting god was what i wanted to do and had to do. sorry to hear you go through simular. im here if ya need to talk.

Well, I have had something most excellent happen this week!!!!!
I took in a 32 year old woman and her 5 year old daughter!!!
The woman was in an abusive relationship and had to get out.
We get along great, see things the same way spiritually and politically! She loves Ron Paul too! And so much more!!! We are blessed by each others company and she is greatful to be living in my home. She is learning to let go and let God!!!!!!
It is awesome to be able to encourage someone and have a new friend. A real person, who doesn't live in this box. Of course, I love all of you here on CS, but I have not had contact with real live people whom I can talk to face to face, so I rejoice in the goodness of God, that he has brought this woman here, to my home.
There is no greater JOY, than to give of yourself!!!!

Yesterday I saw the real side of someone and glad it happened now rather than later in time when things could have been more serious.
2 It was a great day cause my Dad called me,he had surgery yesterday on his heart and at his age I was concerned.He feels well as can be.
3 I finally broke the cats of getting on sink for water,took a month.
