I was able to walk the beach for 2 miles tonight after 6 weeks off.
I partially tore a ligament in my knee and hurt my back in a dumb accident 6 weeks ago, and so far, no pain.
I am taking it easy for a couple of weeks and hope to get back to walking 16 miles a day like I use to.
If pain free tomorrow morning, I should be good to go.
I know this sounds strange, but walking is VERY important to me and I have missed it alot.

When I was working, one job I had offered flex time. I came in at 7:00am, and didn't take a lunch, so I was able to leave at 2:30pm everyday.
I played alot of twilight golf in those days...

Yesterday I saw the real side of someone and glad it happened now rather than later in time when things could have been more serious.

I just fixed the secondary power outlet in the truck so I can (with a power inverter) run my laptop in the truck again, as well as charge both cell and bluetooth simultaneously!
(May not seem like much to anyone else, but blowing fuses every 3 minutes has been a major pain in the butt for me!)

1. Had a FANTASTIC weekend....spent with a very wonderful friend
2. I'm FINALLY learning and actually believing that I'm not ALL bad...still working on this one, but at least I'm beginning to believe it..with a lot of help from said friend
3. Beginning to realize it is really OK to take time and do things for ME...because I really do deserve it.
Might not seem like much to you....but MAJOR hurdles for me....and that's what matters!!!!!! A long uphill road, but at least now I'm ready and willing to travel it!!!
