Walking off a job never shows that you are the best man/woman for the job!

.Way to near Christmas to be thinking about playing the hero...unless of course you can afford to loose your job and dont have to worry about the bills dunno

Also it depends on what was done and said by the 2 partys dunno but i dont think the owners would of hired someone as a manager to run their business into the ground.....

The new manager has to prove themselves and turn the shop into his/her way of thinking and doing things so you bettcha theres going to be an end to certain things and perks if they see it as a waste of resourses..

just my opinion ...

Also Very Important....If you feel you do have to leave remember that your not entitled to social welfare if you walk out of a job compared to if you were sacked , you need to check that out....

thers a lot of managers out there who are good at organising their staff and are people persons .theres also the ones who treat their staff like crap ,they have no idea how to treat staff .at the moment i'm working with a manager who is great.

if you walk out you won't get social welfare for 6-8 weeks

the time of everyone "liking their boss"or the boss wanting to be liked by everyone while on the job has passed.

What should be noted is that the person that walked off the job was either so financially secure or felt their opinion and feelings are worth more than doing what is told of them by their employer.

I'm independently employed and i hate myself at least once a day while doing my job...but at weeks end I'm smiling after leaving the bankrolling on the floor laughing
