I've seen some of the positions in a show on the History Channel (or Discovery? one of them, anyway) and I don't think I could do very many of them now! I lack the flexibility of my youth. I'm working on that though...so who knows what I might be able to do after a couple of more years of yoga!

Good topic, Stew!
Sorry, Fireliter...I saw CF above me, and didn't pay attention to the part out of sight at the top of my screen.

fireliter: received an E-mail offering of an E book deal... it made me think of the days of my youth... and what now is outta the question and what could quite possibly be worth attempting again.

Sure you can still do them!!! You aren't much older than I am, and so if I can do them, so can you.
At least it's worth the effort for the pay off, right?
fireliter: As those who will admit reading it , it does contain alot more good advice and information then just the pictures of positions.
I'm somewhat startled that more here have not read or remember reading it.
its definitely one of those books all should have in their collection of books.
I had a wonderful copy with great explanations and pictures of real people in the positions. It was great! But when word got around my office that I had it, it got loaned out to the point that I never got it back.

It's worth it. That's why it's been around for, what.. 2000 years?

TurkishDelight: You wouldn't have the publishers details by any chance I have had a look around and only found well thumbed versions with little written pieces in it
Dorling kindersley publish a good pictorial educational book on the subject.
It's suitable for pervs and those with a curiosity about indian culture.
Mind you i bet at least 95 per cent look at the filth, instead of reading the text.
