In retort to the headline for this thread: And why not?! If one follows any of the 'Adam and Eve' stories, be it from the first Creation Epic of ancient Sumeria to the 'Old Testament', the Adam came first,(no pun intended), after some time,(no one ever says just how much) Eve was created for him, thus rendering Adam older than Eve...given the life spans way back then, A-dam could have been one or two hundred years old by the time Eve came...(again, no pun intended)
Mindyyy: I don't like McDonalds. I'm an Arby's and Dr Pepper girl. Applebees is nice too. If you ever come to my house I'm sure my dad will take you to a nice bar somewhere and buy you a drink. Just don't mention my name or my dad will introduce you to Mr Fred. Mr Fred is the name of his shotgun. :-)
What! you never heard of a shotgun wedding?Thats the only reason he has it..he's tryin to get her married off...wether YOU like it or not.
Considering that 99% of the mails I get on here are from women older than myself ...... some are much ....... surely its's 'ok' just to 'check you out'???

Not wishing to question your sagacity, sir, and with only a rudimentary knowledge of the bible, but did God not create man and woman, and the rest of the universe, within a certain seven days?
I believe that this is the creationist point of view at least.
As for men chasing women half their age, they could be chasing their own youth. I feel very weird when viewed and contacted by "boys" in their late teens and early 20s. I have no intention of allowing those young creatures anywhere near my cellulite
Lol, I don't know if very many of the 0ver 50 men are having much luck attracting women half their age. My experience has been, once I turned 45, I was lucky to attract women 10 years younger. Once I got over 50, I was lucky to attract women 5 years younger. I'm 53 now, and just thankful women of any age are interested in me,lol.

Right, but then consider what you're offering - it would have little appeal to many younger women who are looking for something more serious...something an older man is excellently positioned to offer. But to offer something lightweight - well, why bother with an older guy, since there exists a cornucopia of young studs willing and perhaps more able to fill that particular bill.
Lol, yes,you are right Ambrose2007, I don't have much to offer. I've always felt that it's best to be upfront about that. I've been very fortunate to have met a few nice, kind women over the years who were ok with just going on a date or two with me.

Is there a similar calculation from a female point of view???
Dont know about other women but for me the limit is if they could be my Father or I could be their Mother.
