A man is a carpenter...he's been doing it 40 years...he is called upon to teach up and coming craftsmen!!
A man has been teaching for 40 years....he is offered a higher position
A man has been in politics for half his life is encouraged to seek the highest office.
A man that has been doing medicine for 50 years....is awarded a administrators job in a hospital
