What made me smile?
Seeing there was still one of my mom's brownies left. She makes the best brownies and I thought they were all gone.
I know that's a pretty silly thing to smile about but it's almost 6am here and I was hungry for a snack. When I saw that brownie I actually jumped with glee. :-o
I'll smile about the big stuff later.

Waking up!!! I'm not being sarcastic......I LOVE morning....love the feeling of waking, stretching, getting my day started. Sometimes the day goes downhill.....so I enjoy the first morning feelings of happiness!!!!

Just being in the now and with the feeling that energies me.
I love taking my kids to school, and kissing my daughter goodbye before she goes to school.
That still makes me smile right now.

I had many reasons to smile today.
I had time to spend outside.
I laughed and joked with my co-workers.
I played games with the kids at school.
I had the opportunity to hear my little niece get excited that the "resident geese" were landing in the pond in their backyard while talking to my sister-in-law on the phone.
Just another fantastic day....

It is Friday and I am finished for the weekend
Life is Bliss maybe even reach intense joy. I woke thinking if I smile at everyone and show them warmth and fun would it be contagious...yep it works...contagious disease!

Is it the thought of seeing your partner stood naked infront of you or simply cause it's great to be alive?
