If I'm With A Woman I Take a Shower and wash the Vital Part with Soap and water,Then Get into bed and Snuggle Try to 'Bite' her neck then,work my way ...........Down...........to her shoulders,rubbing and caressing her and talking about her tuff day,then ............Making her feel relaxed with a small drink of scotch,allways rubbing and touching her tenis muslses,relaxing her,Then i'd wait till shes asleep and I'll watch a movie leaving her totaly relaxed with candles burning and queit music playing.The Next Morning let her Feel Free to share her dreams and emotions,while I take it all in and relax,by the sound of her VOICE.Then Kissing her on the Fore head and Leaving her alone............Saying Good Bye then waiting for a Call..............shes free,as a bird...........

Well you must stop the thoughts, there are techniques to do that. One of them it to place yourself in a huge glass pyramid. But really big. Studies have shown that humans have 64.000, mostly useless thoughts.... The mind is constant on the run STOP that and you feel better, and have more peace.
