Mailbox highlighted but... (20)

My mailbox is highlighted red indicating I have new mail but when I go to my mailbox there is no new mail.. I have tried logging out and signing back in and its still the same 
i dont have trouble with my mailbox, but internet explorer encounters problems with the site fairly often and has to shut down. i'm not having that with any other site as often as i am here

that's all well and good.. but I'm using firefox.. not internet explorer

ok.. I just logged in using IE and its still having the same problem.. it must be a site issue

yeh having smae problem also having people emailing from france wanting to email personaly i dont know seems sus

That was happening to me with IE Psuedo. I changed to Firefox and don't have a problem.

hey i m having the same trouble. cs sort it out can ya. i m lucky 2 get 3 minutes before it cuts out. only in the forums though??????????

Hi everyone it must be to do with teething problems with new site as it wanted to my computer down all the time, just inform the mods about the probs as they cant fix what they do not know about.I did and now its a lot better.

Yes, I had the same problem. Then I tried refreshing the screen and the mail magically appeared.

If you open another browser window ... such as right click on the mail sender's picture, choose "Open in new window" so that you can see who you are talking to ... and left click on the mail message and read it. The new window will still have your mail box highlighted as it opened before you read the mail. Refresh the browser with the opposing blue arrows at the end of the address bar and the highlight should disapear.
