I'm keeping in great shape and it's still the off-season. Besides, drinking is not frowned upon in baseball lol...it's part of the culture in baseball. Think Babe Ruth and Mickey Mantle.
But true, I worked out really hard all week last week, and the drinking took a toll on my tired body that needed real rest. It's not good doing that cause drinking can really throw off a workout program. I was supposed to work out today, but had to skip that lol...
