Yep, this weekend kicked off the season..
"Copper on Dirt", or dual in the desert as we refer to it. USAC (USuck) show though, not our doings. A local boy did very well though.
Nathan High (another one of the guys on out Board of Directors) placed second in the main event..
High 70's here yesterday afternoon and a Tri-tip went on the grill along with the corn on the cob, baked beans, pasta salad & garlic bread..
I put some pineapple in my baked beans..
We than can all enjoy "Hawiaain" music....

Usually I drink organic green Sencha tea from Japan (oh, do you really..?!), but the smell of freshly roasted coffee beans are quite simply irresistible...Watch your blood pressure, though...

Yes, my sister, that's the hardest part, but well worth it. While Buzzy and I wait to get together in person, our bond deepens as we get to know each other, and just hang out together on the phone. It's an opportunity to strengthen the bond.

Talk alot on the phone, it works. Be on phone together while watching same show on tv is almost like being side by side. Waiting for the physical part is hard, improvise. I think you are strong enough to be patient though. Our best wishes to you and Hope!
