One of the most intense movies I have ever seen... It was in fact the first film I remember seeing as a child, absolutely scared the hell out of me... But years later I saught it out on DVD, and have to say, it's still a white knuckle ride of a film.
You'll just have to see it

One of my favorites. A classic with universal everlasting truths.
This is one of the few action or war movies I have, but it is a classic - based on historic events (so they say!) - so you just gave to have it. - It's more like reference material than a movie I watch often. Starring: William Holden, Alec Guin
