My Dark Place

In this place no light is reflected
No colour will ever be detected
And try as one might happiness won't ever visit
This is the place I go to quit

It is the place no one will ever find
This place is not known to be kind
Once you've entered its door invited or not
You will never escape; not by a long shot

This place at anytime is not known to be promoted
But then it is also true; never has it been demoted
Most visitors never wanted to expose it location
What goes on there goes on in isolation

Tears cried here is never talked about or heard
Things spoken are spoken here without a word
And sanity is either lost or preserved
In this place that is never truly reserved

Though I am a regular visitor I have no map
And I go there awake or while taking a nap
Doesn't matter much; the result is the same
No one talk about this place for shame

Fact is this place has become apart of me always
This is my place where insanity plays
Beckoning me to join its dark games, everyday
I don't truly understand how I keep away

So many people battle with depression around us and some of them seems to be the most unlikely canditates for this disease

Nabii, I think all of us has a little place in us that our dark mood come from it is how we handle that place or let that place handle us that determines the outcome of our encounters with that place. Hope you understand
