A Life Of A Bee

days of gone by like a busy bee
gathering its nectar in a blistering heat
beating its wings in a fast motion
keeping its stripped big body
from falling out of the air

They work together gathering resources
signaling that food is near by
performing its ritual dances
like a army of gatherers they
take to the sky to gather there feast

Life as a bee isn't a easy thing
to look after the young
to look after the queen
sacrificeing themselves to save
what they gather in the blistering heat
