The shame and the glory crowns us all
Look for the greatness walking

It's another face in the crowd..

You're a miracle jeddah! Thanks for the sweet compliment. Keep your happy smile..
We are loosing our humanity by believing that difference needs to be feared instead of explored and so either look away or make a big circle around it. We are giving up our right to form our own opinion and that causes more harm than just about anything else.
great write...Iam

Perhaps you stated it better iamwho.' Culture driven motives, class conscious mind set, arrogance, etc. We get upset when the measuring stick we use on others is also being used on us. Hence, poetic justice.

written with us in mind, we need to stop being so judgemental by ones appears and status in life at that point in time.
this is some observation but look at the guy from America , he was homeless for years , now he has a job because of his amazing voice

Judge not, lest ye be judged hey?....a brilliant poem Cafe, thankyou.....Even a king has to put his trousers on every morning, one leg at a time, just like the rest of us....In a traffic jam a rich man just has a little more comfort while he waits....but he still has to wait...just like the rest of us.....lol....Andrew

Thanks kickit. Every day I strive harder to express my thoughts more clearly . It was this Poets Corner that gave me the freedom to relax and just say whatever. I'm forever the student..

Nothing Cafetwo...brings my passion to the boil quicker, than those who judge others....by their own feeble life restriction.... I was judged cruely as a child because I had a stammer...no one asked WHY, or even looked past it. Dance teachers when I was 18, saw the real me in hiding, and gave the me the chance to prove I was able to break the mould...because a mic...which all dance teachers use when running classes, gives a bounce back, and cures a stammer....all my life I guess I have fought those who judge a book by its cover...there for the grace of god go I.... Great poem, great sincere and heartfelt write... Niah
