It is time
It is time to cast out
all of my inner pain
No longer will my eyes
see only rain
Now I open a brand new chapter
in the hope of finding my
happily ever after
I choose not to let the anger
that I have inside
consume my soul or eat away
at my pride
We were meant to say goodbye
the moment we said hello
Still I refuse to be held back
by all of the sorrow
We loved and we laughed
together we lived
and for that I am greatful
for all you did give
all of my inner pain
