Screaming Inside

I took the weight of the world on my shoulders
and life only seems to get so much colder
so cruel,
I lost you long ago,
and I lost a younger brother too,
but, most of all lost my heart
from all the darkness
It surrounds me
I'm screaming out
I pray, and I pray
and I reach out
I'm lost, like a crowd screaming out
I scream inside
From the heart that's been shattered for so long
Who'll mend this broken heart
Before it dies alone?
