Let it out without a shout.
Answer no questions what it’s about.
One day it will disappear.
Release that grip on your fear.
Say “goodbye my dear”
And just walk away from here.
Even if you shed a tear and never cease to care.
Strip your soul of these emotional disappear, render yourself bare.
Take a step and another then sooner or later.
You’ll walk into the warmth of the light and feel so much better.
And then you won’t hurt when you remember.
