To all who read my poetry there is nothing to hide
you can only write what you feel inside
You bring it to surface with pen in hand
And you hope all will understand

Maybe it will cause old flames to reunite
A poet does not have fore sight
His words are written and he passes then on
He hopes they will touch a heart before they are gone

Just maybe the words are written that you were unable to find
It doesnt mean they werent on your mind
Read the words and speak with your heart
Dont look for the end but a place to start

If that happens then my job is done
And I say this to each and everyone
Theres time to speak with you head and a time to speak from the heart
There is no end only a new place to start
