Pushing, shoving, shouting,bad names,
and fighting in the middle of the street,
Not really caring who's looking on
Unless it is you who is getting beat;

But the children are watching, and it's destroying their minds,
Because they think this is the way it ought to be,
They are saying, "if daddy is doing it, and mommy's doing it too,
Then it must be ok for me;

I will take my gun, and hunt him down,
And shoot him in the head,
I will stand there and watch him, as he lay there twitching,
Until I'm sure that this fellow is dead;

But when I heard the cops coming,
I ran as fast as I could go,
But no matter how fast I ran, compared to the cops,
My legs were yet, moving too slow;

As they pulled out their weapons and shouted, " STOP! OR I'LL SHOOT!!!!"
I threw up my hands, and fell to the ground, and shouted,
" I SURRENDER! PLEASE SIR! DON'T SHOOT!!!!!"

When they put me in the wagon,
and they slam the metal door,
I knew my life was over, and freedom for me,
Would be no more;

Then I lifted my hands to Jesus, and said,
"LORD, IF IT BE YOUR WILL,
PLEASE FORGIVE ME FOR THIS EVIL I'VE DONE
AND PLEASE LET MY SOUL LIVE!!!"

Icould feel the burden lifting, as the tears filled my eyes,
I started singing, shouting, and praising God,
Because he made room for me in paradise"

From this day forward, it really doesn't matter what happens to me,
Because I've found Jesus, my Savior and Lord,
And He has sat me free!!!....This is fiction...but it very well could have been true.
