Friends & Strangers

Have you ever seen an Angel
or heard one set and cry.
They may be your best friend
or a stranger passing by.

They reach their hearts
out to you.with a special kind
Of love one sent to you from Heaven
by the good Lord up above.

They often know your feelings
the ones you did not say
They help to quide your footsteps
and brighten up your day.

These Angels will not judge you
and their love will never end.
A stranger when they met you
but today you call them friend.

I think some of us are (earth bound) angels that God uses as He sees fit.

Yes, I've seen such earth bound angels, instruments of God, who do make a difference. They may be people of any profession or with no profession at all, they may be strangers you meet face to face and do not notice in the street, seemingly ordinary people with an extraordinary potential of doing good and never mentioning it. Good, we have these angels around, for in this way we are well protected. Thank you, dear poet, for sharing your insight with us!
