At one time you were the love of my life
My heart is empty
My soul is dying
My mind is crying
We tried to recapture our love
We no longer fit like a glove
What happened to us
We'll never know
It's time we both let go
I remember when my face use to glow
Now it seems time moves so slow
I'm sorry it was me who snuck away
It was you who said it was okay
Your punishment didn't fit the crime
The name calling and the pushing can never be undone
We can never turn back that page
I'm sorry it's time to let go
Oh where oh where did our love go

Ah....indeed, but it does, and I doubt anyone can really answer that question, but when it does, it's best to accept and move on, before you ruin all that was once good.....trying to recapture.....after a time maybe possible, but usually with baggage that hovers......its near impossible......but I bet a huge weight has been lifted.....focus on that..
