Memories
Makes my head hurt
Body jerks
stomach hurts
Feeling like I’ve eaten dirt
Trying not to think of you
left feeling blue
Memories not so good
Smells of nothing sweet
Afraid to close my eyes
Always trying to hide
Hurt to bodies core
Can’t smile anymore
Trying to pick myself up from the floor
Keep hitting my head on the door
Wishing I wasn’t even here
These memories not so dear .

Your Heart never Hurt
Working through those past experiences can re-define our future. When meeting new people we tend to use our past experiences as a frame of reference and sometimes those past experiences shut out new ones. Hence, never assume new relationships will be like our past relationship failures.
