THE MUSE: EDELWEISS – Poetic Pillars – Monads: The Harp - XXVIII - The crows

THE MUSE: EDELWEISS – Vol. I
*** Part III: Poetic Pillars – Monads: The Harp ***
[ XXVIII ]
*** The crows ***

“Right here,
- In these
Cold lands
Of snow,
Dull steps
Led me
To watch
Old trees
I miss –

*** Root ***

Here, the crows
Catch dreams
Out of
Each noise:
Gray, brown
- Torn branch,
In a
Slant fall
Of nuts; -

*** Root ***

But they, –
- These dark,
Drab ghouls
Which seems
To grab
In their
Harsh claws
My thoughts,
Were gone – ”
