Bewitched

Bewitched I am puzzled by the sounds
The black cat on the street corner
The straw brooms in the closet
and the full Moon
A leprachon with a four leaf clover
The owls turning his head 180 degrees
A coyote howling at night
Where does all this lead us
to the cemetary on Halloween
Ghost Goblins and elves
walking around whispering making noise
It is a scary environment
But I must move on
The lightning strikes an echo in the sky
As people with costumes scatter by
it is nostalgic all of this
the wonder of climate change
All good
Bewitched bothered and bewildered

About this poem:
Halloween was an interesting day during my youth
The sounds, costumes and behaviour all good
Moody People walking about
Different people like to shout
Al part of the festivites
