The thrill of the chase

With a wink from her eye
and a lick on her lips
she throws him a smile
and blows him a kiss.
Daring him on
she lifts up her skirt
if you want me my sweetie
ya gotta catch me first.

Heart beating wildly
he's determined to win
this wild crazed creature
will belong to him.
Jumping to his feet
it's time that I catch her
or I am not who I am
the almighty hunter.

Becoming breathless
she leaps over rocks
laughing running scared
in fear of been caught.
Adding to the excitement
she leaves a trail as she goes
one by one
she rips off her clothes.

He follows her laughter
he picks up her garments
with a whiff from them
he now has her scent.
Taking to his feet
he rips off his shirt
I'll catch this so called witch
who seems to have me cursed.

Stillness and silence
to be heard not a sound
he pounces and leaps
capturing her to the ground.
she struggles to escape
resisting and fretting
she wants oh" she wants
but she cannot let him.

Parting her lips
she welcomes him with a smile
he smirks to himself
victory's mine.
Like trapped in a corner
she lashes a claw
startled he stumbles
she's escaped once more.

Wounded and shattered
in loosing his prey
he goes home defeated
tomorrow's a new day.
she returns to where she came from
decides the chase has been long enough
no playing around tomorrow
tis time now for falling in love.

The Quotes Garden - III – The silence of the crickets

The quotes garden - III - The silence of the crickets

“My shadow falls, along the grass,
Where lovely crickets mourn,
Under the moon, with veil of brass
And clear dreams, from silence, born.
It seems I hear : “This too shall pass” -
O, alas! And yet, they sworn
That will protect my soul of glass,
But they just broke it, with their horn!..

They’re dropping down the bass
As if they hear my silent cry
That kills the moon, under the grass,
And yet – alas! They ask me:” why?!”
A cricket was my sweetest lass!..
When mourns with me, I think I try
To die with it - but silent, says:
“This too shall pass”

You like poems (when the soul leaves the conscience)

You like poems
I'll give you one
or maybe 6
You said you want them
No you won't get them
Not from me
It is not the way to feel free
Back to the poem
I know you will read
I can handle any bump
In the road that leads
Not only that go and figure
Your humps and lumps
Do not make me configure
When the soul leaves the conscience
and leaves me to linger

The Quotes Garden - II – Starry sky

The quotes garden - II - Starry sky

“Oh, silent night, with endless sky,
In which I dwell my soul, again,
Across the light, when shadows cry,
Into an empty space, like grain -
And soon, under the moon, they die,
As if they try my soul, to drain
In silent fields, where soon they fly,
With me, my muse and rain!..

Oh, starry sky, you tell me why
Thoughts are spraining in my brain!..
In the silent moon, they dry -
And my heart, they quickly slain
When I ask if she should cry
Near me – and once again,
I die, with her, under the endless sky!...”

The Quotes Garden - I – Was upon a time..

The Quotes Garden - I – Was upon a time..

“When the sun embraced the moon
In the shadows, over lights,
When the calling of the loon,
Cried again, in silent nights,
There was written on a rune
How a poet stays and writes
All the things which often strewn
Waves of life, over the heights –

And our story, thus begins
With a poet and his muse,
As my verses quickly spins
Sweeping words, inside a cruse –
And the riddles, like some pins,
In the waves of life, to choose
Fairy dust, in wind and fins...”

The Quotes Garden - Part I – Beginning

The Quotes Garden
*** Part I – Beginning ***

"Here it is!..
My famous place,
From all the gardens I created, along time...

There’re plates, behind each alley I would miss..
In case my dreams, one day, before I die,
Will tear apart...
Only shadows, left behind, instead my friends -
Who twisted senses of my heart,
In moments of despair ...

There must be thorns of roses,
Embracing death – and clear sun,
And life, with petals, in the faded falling;
They came along
with piece of graved stone, behind my tomb,
And Heaven standing like a fortress,
- only witness to my once upon a time, a lair..

I rather die alike an artist! -
Surrounded by thee ART, which makes me feel alive
And
every breath I take, is sweeping verses,
with death from life – which dwells fresh air,

Which fills my lungs with my despair
And
each morning – is a mourning full of joy...

I open the eyes of my restless soul,
But then, alike a shadow,
I vanish, in the mist -
Forgotten by the human heart, within the second I should die,
Along with every sufferance – divine feast!..

I’ve taken a joy away, in the darken past,
And
I saw my death, in the chair...

I’m waiting clouds to come,
more faster than in rhymes, my twisted verses,
Like Heaven’s waterfall,
- from where it rises in my dreams,
My golden harp, under rainbow -
Reminding me.. once more...
That ..
Was upon a time...
An artist…

Should I now talk in riddles,
So I may hide my desire of freedom,
Freedom of a locked soul,
Inside a cruel world? !
Or, must be there my sins,
Alike some darken secrets,
Drying each part of me,
Until one day..
I am no more? !

Or better..talk in quotes,
Repeating senses of the many artists
Which found a refuge inside art?
But there’s no place to hide..
Those green.. emotions..
And neither enough words
As for defining, truly,
What is ART!..

I ask myself sometimes
If ART is pain into advanced scenes of battle
- of oneself -
Or if it’s merely like a longing for a Heaven -
Which for example, I haven’t found It in myself;

Or maybe just like other artists,
As much desire have for death,
As even Death, doesn’t need me anymore,
Alike the muses, think that charming me
With lovely whispers,
Will lead me soon to touch
With thirsty lips,
Their divine breasts...

But nor declared love, nor written words of love in vain
Shall not be mentioned, along my paths to glory, over death,
But only truth, would be alike my oath, - in verse, my breathe
To be.. alike I am... to never change... to be the same..."

The quotes garden – Prologue

The quotes garden – Prologue
*** If I could write... ***

“I could write the many things I wish to say,
Here, now, just to enchant your mind
And then, to delete all I wrote, in the next day,
Just to show you that was nothing written yesterday,
As one was blind...

I could write the many things I like to do,
In quick phrases, to satisfy your curiosity, today,
But later, I will erase all the words I wrote you,
And all you'll see will be a clear background, grey...

I could write a lot of words, describing myself,
Just to show how interesting one sure can be,
As there a silence, will find its way within yourself
And leave your voice to solve that mystery...

I could write you a collection of books with my life,
Just to show the beauty of Life,
But right after that, I will burn those books,
Cos the complex words are nothing to me, - nor the hooks;

Behold! Thy Art within the simplest ones,
The tones which thrives the Life within!..
Where odes of truths, derived tons
Of suns and moons, to let you in!
Behold! Which seed hath lore to find,
Where tides of dreams, through what began
A Life, or Death?.. Which Heart? What Mind?
Thy oceans filled of bliss, in world of man…”

Four New States

I have been trying to add states that I haven't been to yet
This year I got in Nevada and North Carolina back in February
I just got back two days ago visiting Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas
I stayed overnight in Texas two nights, and Oklahoma one night
Other states I went through before were Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Arkansas
Missouri, and Iowa
I went to Galveston to see the Gulf of Mexico
I went to San Antonio to see the Alamo
I didn't really have any other places to see other that say I was in those states
Three hours to get through Louisiana and basically drove through Oklahoma
In Kansas I went to Chuck E Cheese which still had a band
So did Des Moines, Iowa(which was in better shape)
I went to Buc-ee's, a store with a good pork barbeque sandwich
I drove golf balls in Texas at a driving range where the balls pop out
I ate a good steak in Texas at Chili's
I drove about 2,900 miles and was happy

Missing you.

I don’t like it… missing you.
Makes me feel weak…missing you.
Can’t think why I should;
You weren’t very good.
Is it really you that I’m missing then?
Or is it that brief part of our past life together
When things were new?
That seems more true.
I’m not really…missing you.

Fall Magic

Magical arch paths of beautiful jewels
And rippling beautiful blue pools
Rubies, gold, topaz, amber drifting down
To form a beautiful carpet all around

Walking in this magical place
Feeling the cool crisp breeze on one’s face
Dreaming beautiful dreams for a moment in time
Completely submerged in God’s sublime

His masterpiece paintings show us how much
He loves us all through His beautiful touch
Colors like we’ve never seen before
The bright reds and orange I especially adore

Thank you Lord for these precious fall days
Each day a special blessing of color and grace
Knowing soon coming will be winter days
Of white diamond crystals and skies of gray
