I have seen a lot of referals to passages in bibles, and I wonder, do you have a bible at home? I am only familiar with the protestant versions, so I dont know what you call yours.

Yes, I do I have two of them actually. I have a King James version and an International version, I perfer the King James, the other one they tried to make too politcally correct so it its less offensive

Probably some people do but mostly the bible passages on here are taken from evangelist websites - loads of stuff on here is from the 'daily christian' - some of it is so flippin obvious too - its nicer when people use their own questions in their own words though - in my own opinion of course
