Yes, I have a Bible in Danish and I actually read a bit every night before going to sleep.
My Dad used to read to us when we were kids and being a long way from home it's comforting to read something in my native language that I connect closely with family tradition - and we weren't even that Christian, it was just a "thing" we had as a family.

trish123: Probably some people do but mostly the bible passages on here are taken from evangelist websites - loads of stuff on here is from the 'daily christian' - some of it is so flippin obvious too - its nicer when people use their own questions in their own words though - in my own opinion of course

Hey Mike, I have noticed 'certain' people trying to claim some of the ancient beauties, such as yoga for instance, as the right of the christian God - what do you think of this - do you see it as a travesty of hhuman righteousness as I do?
