GUZMAN1: I don't know arabian restaurants, I know the syrians and lebanese who make these "shawarma" a bit similar to doner kebab. Here are also moroccan and egyptians restaurants but I'm not sure if their dishes have anything to do with arabians.

Yes i did read about it in paper.As a chef i knows that companies always mix different kind of meat for taste.They mix animals fat in some yogurts like greekist yogurt also but they do write code only few peoples knows that.I was working in Stockholm in an indian resturaunt.My Indian Boss use to bring Greekist yougurt for making sauce for the salad.One day he shocked up and told me there are codes with E numbers some of them mean animals fat is mixed in it.I asked so what you are not vegetarian.He said few vegetarians customers also comes here.I again asked him so what you are using the same fryer for frying veg and non veg dishes He asked what is the solution for that because he dont want that yogurt any more than i told him bring the Turkish yogurt free from such fats

I told my indian boss who was a good singh guy to install another fryer where i can cook only veg dishes because if we give some things to vegetarian cooked in meat frying oil its against humanity After that he done that

Yogurt is made from milk, so it's always an animal product!

I usually leave the meat eating 2 the ladies.........but if they dont want the cream filling id find them a carpet 2 munch n instead cuz im a good sport like that........
