thats good leave out the... Thai, Korean, and theres a good Sitat (style) from Malaysia
i would say Tony Jaa (ong bak 1-3) but hes a monk now so id have to say the Thai female (female, yes a female matial artist) Jija Yanin (raging phoenix) were its real, not some cgi trick
Steven Segal has lost it through weight gain and old age, Jean Claude has also slowed down. Jet Li is excellent. Jason Statham is also a joy to watch. Bruce Lee was always too serious, but he was lightningly quick. Chuck Norris, I never really liked him.
Most definitely Bruce Lee is THE man! He changed the entire style of martial arts. He also personally taught Chan & Norris. His book, Tao of Jeet Kune Do, is an awesome read full of great philosophy. He wrote it while recuperating for a year from a broken back. They said he would never even walk again, yet he went on to do amazing things.

Jason Stratham is a joy to watchGood skills combined with a certain humour that shines trough all he's roles. Then.. I think we are forgetting Donnie Yen, and Dolph Lundgren was not bad in he's younger years.
Somebody thinks Jason Statham is funny? I must have missed that big time. To me, he's so boring to watch, just has no presence..though I only saw him in one film - that was enough for me.
To answer the question, among that list, it's got to be Bruce Lee and Jet Li but I have to admit to being partially biased. Then again, I do not like Jackie Chan's slapstick style.
