As I approach 60mI enjoy all of the above (or at least I know I should be doing them! LOL!) As a fire-fighter I notice my fave is not on your list - calisthenics...cheap, easy,...and can be taken to levels that would challenge an Olympian! Although antiquated, I STILL USE the RCAF 5BX program....and nope, I have NEVER made it to the top levels....check it out...if you can make it to the topmost level you are a far, far better man than I am~

serena123: Exercising the mind! welcome to the Mad house
I like Yoga too, keep my balance in life this way - between the mind, body and the spirit, for me the best place for yoga is on the beach, early in the morning
Exercising the mind is a great idea as well. A beautiful mind in a beautiful body :-)
