gillyloves69: this thread is for people thats got something to say about their childhood !
Hi gilly, it's been a long time, my dearest.
Well, one parent is an introvert, kinda, he was always retreating into his 'cave'. Then my mother is an extravert, you know Italian women, invite anyone in
So, I am a bit of both, I guess. Some days I am completely happy turning inwards and being reflective. Other days, or times of the day, I am chomping at the bit to talk to someone.

vinny1967: Hi Gilly
My Father is an extrovert and My Mother was an Introvert.
The problem I have is every second night I change, so last night I was a bit introverted but tonight I'm being an extrovert.
Now I have serious problems with this when it comes to relationships as the Ladies aren't really sure who's goin to turn up, if you know what I mean.
Anyway thanks for bringing this up as it's been a problem for a while and I'm hopin for some intelligent advice.
hey vinney welcome to the thread !but most of all MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR MATE !
I ALWAYS KNEW YOU WERE GOING TO TURN OUT TO BE A GOOD UN THE FIRST TIME I HEARD YOU TALKING !
now before we start talking ourselves ...i wonder how this introvert and extrovert bussiness amongst the parents really works when it comes to the ' real say over ' what happens to the kids?
by the way i had a great night in a an irish pub function room recently for folk singers in london
when ever you're in london and you're free just letme know and i'll take you down there !
IF YOU CAN SING IRISH FOLK MUSIC ( IN PUBLIC ) !
BY THE WAY DID YOUR PARENTS RAISE YOU TO BE AN EXTROVERT OR AN INTROVERT ??

Hi Gilly,
Every red blooded Irish Male can sing Ir Folk & rebel songs in public especially after a big bowl (barrel) of soup
Haven't been in a couple of years but I would love that mate If only to finish that kebab
They raised me to be an extrovert. But they also thought me someting I will never forget. I have 2 ears and 1 mouth and I should use them accordingly. Sometimes I forget though. What about our genes........I have 3 very different brothers all raised the same way. 3 extrovert though.
just got chance at the computer, dropped youngest off with one of the eldest, as trish says she is drinking lemonade and I am on the lager ! think my kids have varying degree's of disorder's 2 of which are extrovert, 2 inrtovert and the court is still out on the fifth Ha! hope you have a good holiday ! love Di
He told us about it one time - it was taken at a party, some friends put it on his head while he was asleep, very caring friends hey, protecting him from aliens like that

Hi Ven, & Trish........Hope your well.
Hi vinny,
How are you doing? I think I shall take your advice from now on.
And keep my trap shut a bit more. I really can't be trusted these days. It's called "foot in mouth" disease!

We have a poll up to ask for changing All Threads to our Default page. So we don't have to do as much navigating to get here. In case anyone wants to know

But I hear that foil on one's head can attract cosmic dust. I think it results in coming up with some insane thread topics.

Thanks for that, love.... its useful to know.
That said, for some on this thread, do you really think they're gonna understand the question?!!
trish123: I do too, It would be good to have a load of us meet up in London - I bet Gilly would be great fun to be out with
Yeah London would be a great venue for it and I agree he would be much sought after. I'm only on CS about 6/7 weeks and really enjoy it, well most of the time........ I went to the meet in Dublin and it turned into a gr8 nite. Lots of really nice, honest people. I had a ball anyway.
I've seen your man entering threads and all he does is s**t stir.
We are tryin to keep the Phil Detente thread goin as he passed away recently and people in there were talking about things finishin with him on a not so good note and he jumped in with some comments to try to make them hav a guilt trip
What a plonker.
Anyway thats my rant over for the week
How are you ? any more of that nice atlantic salmon.
P.S. I havent changed my address yet so am writing from Ukraine
Ah, writing from the Ukraine are we now? Bags of money with you? Got her by the hair yet?
Are you talking about the X- factor? Don't you dare say he is my man. Besides, it seems I don't have one that could be remotely described as my man right now. Foot in mouth disease, ya know.
Atlantic salmon? I could easily go and buy some fresh fillets. Just tell me when you leave the Ukraine though. And don't bring the fleusy with you though!
