I think that more Women need to REALISE ON THEIR OWN when they are overweight, and FIX IT on their own, so the MAN does not have to say anything at all...
In my opinion, far to many women are overweight, (men too) and when trying to get someone to loose weight is like pouring out Gasoline, and lighting a match next to it...

Let's imagine a situation..
You have TWO Admirers who claim to do care about you.. Everything was fine...
But then
You noticed that you have started to gaining weight and have becoming overweight constantly..
Though it's still managable and nothing much serious issues yet but sometimes during your daily routine you feel uncomfortable..
Like when you try to walk little faster or carry some weight or take the stairs to reach to the next floor , you often feel uneasy to breath or sweat heavily.. Often have digestive issues or pain in the muscles or joints..
But
You are MOST WORRIED about yourself LOOKING FAT...
So you asked the same question to your Two "Admirers" ..
You asked them : "Honey ! Am I getting FAT ! Do I need to do anything about it ?"
One of them replied : "Honey ! Are you kidding !! You getting Fat !! ABSOLUTELY NOT !!! You just look fine !!! You are the Most BEAUTIFUL/HANDSOME person in my eyes among the whole world...
You DON'T NEED TO DO ANYTHING .. Just be the way you are .."

And though it's not much of problem now , but if you will continue like this , then most probably sooner or later it will start creating serious health issues..
