Nor have I and I've been coming to Spain since I was little 
snowlynx: I went to Santiago a few years ago, in July. The heat was brutal. I wrongly assumed that the heat would be moderate in that part of Spain but boy was I wrong! I melted.
It's brutally hot these very days. Yet wind and rain are more common most of the year.

Not really it's just things like this that annoy me when it's obvious that she knows nothing about Spain so has to make a stupid silly remark. Maybe she was reading the History Book "upside down"
