lady93: Just curious to see how many "Lady Cougars" are out there. I have dated younger men before and found it quite satisfying however, the party doesnt last for eve
When I was 40 I was dating a guy 17 years younger... it was an amazing relationship that lasted about a year... then the issue of having children reared it´s head and that was the end of that, although we are still good friends and stay in touch via email. He´s married now and has a beautiful little girl.

to be honest i been dating with a 32 years old men ...he is nice..minds is more than 40 years old...
Youngest I've ever actually dated was 9 years younger than me at the time...I was 28, he was 19, but very mature for his age. We remained friends for a very long time until we lost touch while he was in the military.
The youngest I've slept with is a different story.

Hey Dru, I wonder if I have you beat on the age thing.
This is going to seem like a dumb question since I've been in the forums awhile. I just read someone's post that said to hit the quote button. All along I've been hitting the reply button. What's the difference between the two of them.

This is what the quote button does. It copies what the person you're answering has recently posted. The reply button just posts what you replied, with out the other person's original post.

Are you sure Sweet. I hit the reply. Did your post show up?

Laura25: My point was - background check does not constitute that person resorting to it has trust problems, but it's almost a nesessaty nowadays.
Unfortunately.
I did dress my post up as a joke -
not to be jumped on and accused of living in fear, 'coz I am not a fearful person ...
but neither I have time, desire and patience to be played.
I find it sad that anyone would think background checks are almost necessary today. Yes there are bad people out here. It is how we elect to live that is being expressed. The world is made up of 99% good people. I refuse to live my life worried about the small percentage of weird ones. I will continue to have trust in others.

There are many sad things in this world -
it's just is.
I don't worry about "the weird ones", I have ppl I love to worry about.
Neither I have place in my life for weird ones,
nor time to give away,
nor...
oh, well, I believe I made the point clear.
The decent person wouldn't have much to hide. How is that for worries?
Read Snuggs' post - that is what Gurl and I were discussing.

I have a 25 year old hitting on me and a 27 year old hitting on me. They say they like older women because of the maturity factor. Both are over 20 years younger than me.
