Been Married Before (69)

been married twice ......won't say i'll never do it again that was how i ended up married the 2nd time .........so maybe someday i'll find my lucky charms(not the one in the cabinet obviously) and try for #3...........right now i just gotta find a man who can actually deal with me

My problem is finding a date first.

That a girl, keep up the good work. I have had a wife or 2 myself..

I've been married so many times, I have to keep moving because I started dating my in-laws. That's all that's left. So I move and start over!!

Sad fact but I think that you're not the only one in the same boat.


As for myself - never been married, been engaged a couple of times and came to my senses before actually getting married (and no - it wasn't a last minute blot at the alter!! lol) .... but the clarification that I didn't want to spend the rest of my life with a partner in a relationship that was less than what I ultimately desired for myself.

Although I do admit to sometimes second guessing my first suitor - loved that guy a lot; but I've discovered that love doesn't always translate into commitment from the other partner - but alas it was his loss in the end.

So as for marriage in the future - perhaps, as I've never given in to relinquishing that dream; but I've also realized that its more about being practical & wise to ensure that I've got a great partner - cause I only plan on doing it once for a lifetime.
