Living in South Australia & right on a surfing beach it would have to be the Great White Shark as we get them here quite a lot in summer

i'd have to agree with steven.....
....my 300 WinMag wont work under water !!!
but all others i actually WOULD like to meet in their habitat.... they'd all make great mounts on my wall, except for the spiders and the snake of course, those i'd keep as pets ....

joinme2nite2009: Hippos, they are more dangerous than buffalos and kill more people each year in africa than lions.
Hippos can travel under water and capsize your boat. I learned the hard way, I was very lucky.

Although I really wouldn't want to encounter any of them in their natural habitat, the shark would be my least favorite. I have strong phobias regarding deep water and sharks. No cruises or scuba diving for this gal.

For me it's the Black Mamba. Very toxic venom. Although the Funnel Web Spider bites are really bad too.
