serena1206cutie: I think once a man marry a woman, then it's the man's duty to raise his wife!
'Raising his wife' occured and still occurs in primite societies where women are generally uneducation and have limited career opportunities. But these societies also require a woman to cook, clean, raise children and OBEY every COMMAND her Master..oops Husband gives her without complaint or else he'd beat her. - I'm sure all THAT appeals to you to, huh?

....Well maybe in China...so be it.....And just to the 'Stir the Pot' here....A lot of 'Western European Woman' think its there solemn 'Duty' and there 'Right' to 'Destroy' to there Male Partner.....I.n.c.o.m.i.n.g.......
petalbabe: Not sure if this is for guys only, but here goes anyway..
As far as Im concerned, if Im in a committed, long term relationship, we share everything. I am quite happy to have one joint account, where we each contribute toward utilities, etc, and food bills.
It would be nice to also have a seperate savings account for myself, from which I could buy my "girlie things", or His birthday and Christmas presents. That way, he is not paying for his own presents!! And just for any other little things that I would rather pay for myself.
But in general, I am more than happy to just have a joint checking account. Thats what marriage, or just a long term committed relationship, is all about..
Not all women, perhaps a minority if them.Seem to always ask for money.I have had two ask me within days.my answer was no.Reasons,Just purchased a new home, and I am raising my son without any support from his mother. Now,I am not a bad guy,I do help my son mom by not asking for child support and visits whenever she wants.Maybe its the ATM logo on my shirt
One day a man inserted an 'advert' in the local classifieds: "Wife wanted". Next day he received a hundred letters. They all said the same thing: "You can have mine."
