I know the answer to that, but I can't answer....I'm not a lady.

Surely you can't be allergic to every single painkiller on the market?
Each person is going to have a different tollerance level to that activity. You are not going to get a consensus/blanket answer that will work for all. So what is your point, OP?

I don't see why not; at least it's all natural... I think people should be free in this choice; where I come from it's legal anyway

psssss....would rather have a swagger when i walk than a rattle...
i would probably still smoke pot if it was available in the supermarket or at the corner shop but i'm too lazy. i can't be bothered with all the hassle it takes to score and i don't want to spend time with drug dealers either. most of them are mumbling, delusional idiots.
Yes,it's perfectly fine to smoke pot for medicinal purposes.

Well, I'm actually allergic to paracetamol and the other ones I have become immune to. There is virtually no cartilage remaining in the knee joint, it creaks as I walk along! Dope seems to be the only thing that relieves the pain, I do take fish oil twice a day, but that can only do so much. The good thing is that the only time I need to smoke it is when the pain level hits an 8-9, as I have a high tolerance for pain. It isn't medicinal cannabis either, I buy mine off dealer like all the others do, except I don't need to smoke it every single day - although I have done that a few times, over a period of a week or so when it has been really, really sore. My GP actually said it probably isn't such a bad idea many years ago, besides my knee isn't the only thing that gives me trouble either :(
I like weed. I think every day can be a crutch. Depending on the person. I do not smoke any longer. I know I will smoke when I am older . I plan to use it for the pain as well as for listening to music, and just relaxing. I love weed. I must say I know from experience it is a gateway drug. Thats why depending on the person. Weed, lsd, coke , heroin, speed, etc. so please be careful.

Been there, done that. Doesn't really interest me much anymore, but, hey, whatever "floats your boat!" Your decision, and yours alone. I am curious, though, about those of you who really smoke pot to relieve pain symptoms. To my way of thinking, pot would be about the LAST thing I'd want to take if I was in any kind of pain. Would think it would intensify the sensation, not dull it. Not the case, I take it. How come?? For me, pot always seemed to heighten your senses not dull them.
