Time Magazine has named Mr Ben Bernanke as person of the year, the man who was in the centre of America’s worst economic recession in 70 years and then led the world economic meltdown. Time magazine has said that if was not him been there and doing a wonderful work things could be worse than how it was in the last few months. This story remind me a student once his father told him that if he come in the top five in the last year exam at school his father will give him something special; and in the class they were 15 students, finally he came 13th out of all class, and when he arrived at home he told his father that he is the 3rd from the back. Myself I don’t believe this man deserve this praise but what is your view on this? My fellow Jamaican...Usain bolt the fastest man in the world,, He's a runner up on the Time Magazine list , you didn't list him on yours..USAIN BOLT person of the year broke two sprinting world records in The BEijing olympics in 2008 and went on to break his own record this year in Berlin.

I sometimes wonder if people deliberately ignore his achievements because he's from a small island nation.very mad

He is truly a first class athlete and I shall never forget the day that he just strolled over that line. He is a class act and has done wonders for the sport. Young people in the UK who are into their sports have the upmost admiration for the guy. Good post!yay yay yay thumbs up
