yes all except welsh sadly. But I am proud of my background/heritage it does make researching our family history a challenge, but have some wonderful contacts through the UK and Ireland
ScaryScorpio: How on earth can you have a 'not sure' option in this poll lol
Either you were born in Ireland and are therefore Irish or you where born elsewhere and are therefore not Irish.
What about children who are born outside Ireland whose parents are Irish or the mother or father is? I am born in the UK but hold a German passport and my heritage is a mix.
Exactly, how can you not be sure of where you come from, you made me laugh, thank you!

Then you are the nationality of the Country you were born in....where your parents where born is their nationality not yours. A persons parentage may be mixed but not there nationality.

I was born in Uganda, East Africa. I am NOT Ugandan. I am British.

No you are not. If two non EU citizans have a kid in Ireland that does not make the child automatically Irish. The child would find it impossible to get an Irish passport with the new laws. And on the same page if two Irish people have a child in the US...The child will be able to claim an Irish passport but may not get a US one if neither of the kids parents are US citizans?

Is your choice to believe that.
To my mind your nationality is the Country you were born in and to be British you would have to have been born in England, Wales, Scotland or N.Ireland.
