I prefer a person that isn't locked into any set personality, and can display multiple chareteristics instead.
Kinda goes into appropriateness really. There's a time to be serious, a time to be cheeky...Basically charecteristics have a time & place , just a matter of being able to know what the moment calls for and also with it being something that comes natural and not something you try to be

The trouble only starts when someone isn't able to see that a person can indeed have different personas in different settings; and therefore judges that person based on only one of his/her facettes. It seems to me that some people here on CS are prone to doing just that at times...
