This is a common term used in India to express a cheat or a swindler, like saying Hey, Joe is a 420. The numerals are 420 without any space. There is also an old Indian movie titled "Shree 420" where Shree means Mister.

4 20 as in April 20th is a national smoke pot day. I don't smoke it but maybe if the US would legalize it..they could tax it...and BAM ..deficit problem resolved.

I went to their concert over here in NZ , maybe about 3 years ago? meet graham nash , nice photo shoot, what a great concert....very cool guys.....their music, it is amazing live!
they are just the best, and they go the whole way, with their concert,.....on cores... they are lengendary.
Just thought I would share that.
